A launch readiness brief, plus the film that explains it

Step one: write down exactly what the product is, from the recipe to the pack size and how it is stored. Step two: find a co-packer that can make it safely, at the volume you need, and ask what it needs from you. Step three: work out the package and label with an expert, because some foods need a regulator's review before they reach a shelf. Step four: build a cost per unit from real quotes, not guesses. Step five: choose the first buyer and channel that fit that cost.

Full two-minute script in four chapters. Narration is recorded only after you approve the script.

    STORY 01 · MONEY

    Where does a $6.92 jar's money go?

    1. You set your price to the distributor.
    2. The distributor adds a markup.
    3. The store adds its margin. That is the shelf price.

    Sample checklist

Do not print the carton before the plan fits

Each step changes the next one: a bigger pack changes freight, a new maker can change the label.

    1. Product

Write down exactly what it is, from recipe to pack size and storage.

    2. Maker

Find a co-packer that can make it safely at your volume.

    3. Label

Work out the package and label with an expert.

    4. Cost

Build a cost per unit from real quotes, not guesses.

    5. Buyer

Choose the first channel and prepare the pitch.

    Is this for you

Who this is for, and who it is not for

    A good fit

    • You have a recipe, samples or a pilot run and want to launch properly.
    • You need a co-packer or are comparing several.
    • You want to know your real cost per unit before you price it.

    Not the right fit

    • You need a label approved: that is a regulator or a licensed expert, not us.
    • You want a guaranteed store listing.
    • You only need a logo. We can help, but this page is about the whole launch.

    How it works

From first call to measured results

Every engagement starts with a conversation. Scope and price come after it, in private.

    1. Meeting

A 30-minute call about what you make or sell, who you want to reach and what decision you need to make.

    2. Quick research

A short, fixed piece of research that answers one question with sources you can check.

    3. Plan and build

We write the spec, the maker checklist, the label questions and the cost model with you, then the pitch for your first channel.

    4. Launch and measure

Approved work goes live. Every week you see what happened, in plain words.

    Book a 30-minute call

Tell us where your launch stands

We come to the call with the first three decisions you need to make.

    • Two questions and your contact details, under a minute.
    • No prices on this site: we scope after the call and send a private proposal.
    • We never contact anyone on your behalf without your written approval.
    1. How far along is the product?
    2. What is the biggest obstacle?

    Questions

    Before you book

    Can you approve our label?

No. We prepare the questions and the evidence. A regulator or a licensed expert reviews anything regulated.

Do we need a finished product?

No. Many brands come to us with a recipe and a kitchen batch. The earlier, the cheaper the mistakes.

    What does it cost?

Pricing is private. After a short call we send a written scope and price for your situation. There are no public packages or tiers.

    Do you guarantee results?

No. We report what we did and what happened: research delivered, messages approved, replies, calls booked. We do not promise sales, placements or rankings.

    What happens to our data?

Your files stay in your own workspace and are never used for another customer. Real customer data is only shared after a confidentiality agreement.

Get clear before the expensive commitments

A 30-minute call tells you what you need next and what you would receive. The same four steps for every path, and you decide at the end of each one whether to go on.

    1. Step 1A 30-minute call

You tell us what you make and what you need. No slides. We say plainly if we are not the right fit.

    2. Step 2Quick research

A short brief: who buys, what the rules say, where the price room is, and the sources behind each answer.

    3. Step 3Plan and build

The pages, videos, reports and outreach drafts the plan needs, in your brand.

    4. Step 4Launch and measure

You approve every send and post. We report what worked and change what did not.
